Considering Photography as a career change

If you want to tag along with a Pro on a job such as a wedding, do not ask someone in the same town as you the answer will always be no. rather than cold calling on the phone try an email to break the ice. Do not give up when you have been turned down for the 100th time, persistance is everything. Lets face it there are thousands of photographers out there and most would be flattered that they had been asked nicely if you could tag along for some experience and do a full days work assisting with no pay.

Before anyone asks, No, I do not do weddings.
