Hey Guys
Just a quick question. I am curious to find out if taking photos of a branded product (ie. Coca Cola, Laurent & Perrier etc.) would result in any copyright infringment?
These photo’s would be used in my portfolio (incl. online portfolio) and therefore not for public sale or exhibition,
Any help or information is greatly appreciated.if it is just for a portfolio i think it is fine. im not sure but i dont think it matters. i also dont think it matters if u catch the name of things in the background and such and do sell it depending where u took it from…
