Such a vivid rainbow, looks great. Good to have caught the rainbow as they dont hang about for long.
Nice shot.Do you have any wider shots showing the whole arch?

With all rainbows the light has to be behind you, ie, the sun and shadows facing you don’t tell me that to be the case. But, I could be wrong. It’s a nice image anyway and well placed in the frame.

Alan RossiterParticipantWrong shot as is.
Which makes it all the more remarkable.
Sorry Mary  . Am I forgiven

Little LadyParticipantBig FellaParticipantGood shot Little Lady, love the colours in the rainbow, well done.

irishshaguaParticipantBeautiful contrast between the colours of the rainbow and the colours of the sky. The clouds on the left of the rainbow look a lot darker than the clouds on the right. Did this occur in postprocessing?
Very nice shot. My only real concern with this picture is that the rainbow is situated over a very boring landscape. You certainly have worked out a technique to capture the rainbow beautifully but I’d love to see some kind of landmark under it. But maybe thats just me.
Nice image
BrianSeaviewParticipantLovely rainbow shot Mary, the colours really look great. I would agree the image is let down slightly by the landscape.
Dave.
Mr.HParticipantLovely shot Mary – really vivid and nicely composed…Well done for catching it.
