First day back in the water with the new housing :) by beasley.j, on FlickrI do have the full sequence of the 2nd one, but I think that was the “decisive moment” :)
ScenesMemberbeasleyParticipantThanks mate, pretty stoked with that one alright.
Theres been a bit of debate between two mates as to which is the better moment. Iv uploaded the sequence here if anyone want to check it out.

Now I can’t make up my mind whether or not I prefer the previous image in the sequence. :?
SeaviewParticipantCome on Beasley, I thought we see a pile of underwater / surf images from you with your new kit  . Surely you’ve been out since you posted the images above :?:
Dave.
beasleyParticipantHaha, sorry, just saw this now.
Havent really been updating anything or checking anywhere the last few weeks, been a little up to my eyes with a few different bits on the go.Heres a little run down of the last month or so.
This the first one. Iv a friend who makes some fantastic custom made surfboards, so I used all my photoshop skills to knock this one together for him.
This is another shot of one of the lads getting to know his new toy
This is the man behind the magic then siding on a finless board of his own creation
You can check out his site here http://www.aorsurfboards.com
These two are my first attempts at putting myself in the right spot to get people passing me underwater, not as easy as you’d think. One set this day pinned me to the bottom as I was swimming about, definitely a first for me.
These two are of a really talented artist I surf with the odd time,http://michaelmcswiney.ie
This lad then is a mate I surf with week in week out, he’s basically my ginnie pig for anything photographic
In the next two shots, he’s riding a 11’3 wooden surfboard based on the boards that the big waves pioneers of the 50’s would have surfed, I havent weighted it, but we figure it probably about the 70lb mark, crazy crazy heavy to surf but absolutely amazing when she goes.
This night was full of issues, but this shot is almost useable.
This is a shot of the board he’s on from way back, just to give people perspective. Excuse the 70’s hair, Im a heavy set bloke and maybe 6’2”…
These two then are just two random ones I really liked myself.
Kinda strange to see all these down here together, been really kinda on the go none stop the last few weeks and Iv been coming back, dealing with the pics and moving on. Sorry if Iv gone a little OTT, but I do have more…. :)
Edit: Just in regards the housing, I really really cant say enough about it, so users friendly, if a bit heavy after a few hours out there or if I bring out the 28-70 but fantastic to use. Really great product.
