Course on Portrait Photography using studio equipment

Hi All,
I am increasingly being asked to photograph families in their own homes. I don’t have any experience of this and would really like to get into it. I haven’t quite mastered the focusing when taking group shots and also need to learn about studio lights/umberella’s or whatever equipment I would need to learn how to do this properly. I did do a studio course before but it was half a day and I came away feeling like I didn’t really learn anything. I’d be happy to do a course that lasts over a week if it meant I was confident about taking on this work. Anyone?Have a look at thelightexchange.ie as I think they do studio lighling courses.
