Course Query

Hi

Taking my first tentative steps in area of photography and wanted to know if anyone could recommend a course.
I would like something with a good standard that might have accreditation. I’m not sure about a full 4 years in DIT or IADT and I’m too late to apply anyway.
There’s some online courses but can anyone say they are good? There’s http://www.thephotographyinstitute.ie” onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false; or http://www.dublin-photography-school.com” onclick=”window.open(this.href);return false; but I’m wondering what’s worthwhile.
Also, I’ve known a fair bit of unemployment lately and I was wondering is there genuine job opportunities around?
