The light wasnt very good this morning, sky had hardly any colour in it
so boosted the sky a little, maybe I should try it in b&w?

I like it .. the colours and texture are lovely – i tried a slightly different crop, to remove the corner of the shoreline from the right hand side and played around with contrast a little and added a border .. hope you don’t mind

Gill’s edited version looks better, however the colours are just not right – it must be the light falling in a very low angle… I’d try to return at dawn or on a cloudy day. It would be a great picture with some texture on the sky, that’s the weakest link.
Not sure about this one shutterbug, love the way the light is just skimming the landscape but the ruins are just lost in the picture with the lack of light.
If you shot raw you might be able to adjust the exposure and bring some of the detail in the ruins back into the picture. ? Hope this helps :)
