This is a very good shot and has a good DOF. I’m not sure about the crop though – it might be better as a tighter crop or even losing the boy (as he is not in the picture anyway). Also a tighter crop may well suit the pensive expression on her face better. This may be difficult though with the raised arm.

It was difficult to get a clean shot of this subject, since it was during a dance on stage with alot of people moving around.

Lovely shot … really nice soft expression captured.

I agree with KW about the crop being a little off as her hand is chopped off yet it would be hard to crop it in tighter…
hmmm…
