Yeah, it’s nice to get back and post something again, though I doubt
I’ll be as prolific as I’ve been in the past. Life just seems to get in the

Can we guess this cute little one is the reason you’re so busy?

I love the shot, but the square catchlights are strangely large.

Does anyone know how that happens?

Thanks Marie and Ted for the positive feedback…

The square catchlights are just the reflection of my
main light source, a 20 inch softbox angled in front of
Darcie. Another larger softbox was used to blow out
the background…

She’s not mine though I’d gladly kidnap her, an adorable
child. This portrait was done as a gift for a friend…
