(To be sung to the tune of Bon Jovi – I’ll Be There For You)

This time Mick’s back is really hurting
I heard his meniscus say goodbye
Well as my broken heart lies blurting
You say true love between 451 & nfl, it’s suicide

You say you’ve cried when you bend to tie your laces
And now you just can’t take anymore
You left my hands covered in deep heat
And you won’t take painkillers anymore

I pray to God you’ll give me one more chance, Michael

    I’ll be there for you
These five words I swear to you
When you bend over I want to be your back for you
    I’ll be there for you
I’d live and I’d die for you
Steal the last fiver euro from your wallet for you
Words can’t say what a morphine shot can do
    I’ll be there for you

All the best for today Mick.

Sometimes these things are easier to deal with when you know what it is your facing.

My hubby has had back problems for years now and it seems to be tall people
with short legs are more prone because they have long bodies and more strain
is put on the back keeping it upright basically. Anyway losing weight is mandatory
in anything back related sorry :) and another really really good thing you can do is
take up Pilates, the most beneficial form of exercise for back pain sufferers. It is
non sweaty as you are laying down for most of the exercises :) But it is really good
and will be an overall joint exerciser.

    Best of luck :)

Sorry to hear about your back trouble, Mick. :(

I hope that whatever treatment/precautions you take, that your pain eases.

Might be time to evaluate your camera gear and tripod etc to make sure that you are not carrying loads that would put too much strain on your back.

    Not so bad Mick.

Good to hear that there is action to sort that out.

About the kneeling chairs, I sell office furniture and kneeling chairs are a very
specific product for us. I get about 2 calls for them per year, I used to order these
for a customer when they enquired about them so they could have a look and test
the out in our showrooms . . . customers never buy them, they always seem like a
good idea but when they have to use them that goes out the window.

At least you know what they are like before buying one. I always advise customers
when buying chairs that posture is a key part of preventing back ache, you could have
a top of the range ergonomic bells and whistles chair but if you dont sit in it properly
you might as well be sitting on a stool.

anyway good to hear the update.
