Its a nice shot well composed… the colour selection on only the girl makes her stand out well… Sometimes too well though, almost looks superimposed in areas.
Try reducing the image a tad… it looks slightly grainy at that size, making it smaller will make it look sharper. A slight contrast boost would help a little too…

Great shot Patrick. Maybe crop it from just below the pink jumper ?… not much interest in the pavement area.

Also, seems to have suffered from compression i think.
thanks for the tips… Ill take those on board and have another play around wanna learn all I can!!…btw I had to remove the stiletto in the ghetto,was just behind her head….

that section of the picture was cropped from a much larger version.I didnt have time to zoom on her. So I had to remove most of the length of the Dublin spire just behind her head.
