Deliberate Lens Movement

Have heard about this technique so I decided to try it. Apparently its usually done on a tripod but as I didn’t have one with me this is handheld with a sigma 70-300 down in St Annes park.

I quite like it. Looks more like a painting than a photo. When I saw the result on the back of the camera it immediately reminded me of impressionism. Can see myself doing more of these.
