It’s a lovely spot, everyone admires the view – but living down here is sinfully painful.. it’s too quiet (great for the weekends!)
Yeah, probably living there full-time i might have a different perspective on it, but still it is great at weekends and the summer!! i could just about live with that i think… ;-)
Hey Alan, great image. it shows the massiv “space feeling” – typically derrynane. I agree with highonshnow….veeery quuuuiiiiiiit. Whenever i am there, Nobody is on the beach, and in summer i suffer because i see all those helpless tourist swimming in the water of the “long” beach with this massiv currents. they should make a bigger sign. I nearly drank there.

MadeleineThanks Madeleine… yeah, they really should make a bigger sign as the “underfoot” here is very dangerous.. and the water is sooooooo clear it would tempt you to jump in..
