Deserted Beach

Taken while on holiday in Fuengirola on an early morning stroll before the sun bathers arrived.
Used a bleachbypass preset in lightroom for something different.

I like this. Nice and simple, clean composition.
The fact that the umbrella is crooked will probably improve things for some viewers and take away from it for others. Personally I’d prefer to see it straight.
How early was this? The light still looks a little harsh.
This looks like a stock shot to me – which I mean as a good thing.
It actually would be a good image also if there had been a solitary sunbather sitting there enjoying the view.
It might be interesting to see this processed different ways or just to see the original.
