    I did it too…

Agree with George re medium/large format use, not to mention dinky little toy cameras. (no one talks to me either)
    A camera is a camera?

Survey completed, and best of luck.

Like the others cannot understand why you’ve omitted film users, as if you lurk around here long you’ll find film has a healthy userbase here, and by implication your potential market in Ireland. Though that said, as a person finicky about the ergonics of the cameras I shoot, I’d prefer a dedicated product suited to my needs, and if the DSLR userbase is your target market, I guess can understand your restrictions.

I would suggest in however that although the DSLR market may be very attractive on paper, you may find the lions share of your potential market are entry level users, who once they’ve bought their DSLR and kit lens are not in the market for anything else..

Lastly, I know I’m just focussing on camera straps, but I’m sure you’re aware of players like Optech and Upstrap in the market also,
