I would suggest you dont do canvas at all with that printer
for a few reasons
1. it cant feed flexible material like canvas very well, you need to put it on a board etc, its messy unreliable, and will cost you money
2. size, on a 13 *19 printer like that, realistically the biggest wrapped canvas you could produce would be 14*10 or maybe 16*10. and thats at a push.
use a very high quality canvas, i have tried around 10 different ones now, and by far the best is the fuji hunt HD white cotton canvas, its a bit more expensive than most but by far the best.
you need an electric stapler, not a manual one, its a nightmare to use a manual one
cutting mat, stretcher pliers(although i never use mine, i do it all by hand)
the quickmate is a nightmare, on the size of canvas your capable of printing it would not work,
for what your going to invest in trying to do them, and the very limited size you can do, it aint worth it
i would suggest you try some fine art paper and nice cool mounts, they will look better etc and be much more capable
