Display stands for signature boards

Looking for some advise regarding display stands for signature boards for weddings. looking at buying an artists Easle or getting something made, it must be easy to transport. Also concerned about stability as it will be placed close to the entrance of the function room and will be in extreme danger when auntie mary has one too many. what are other photographers using at the moment. any help would be appricated. :shock:
are you not better having something flat so it easier to sign on, and stability wont be an issue then
