Donabate Beach (again), early Sunday morning (again), low tide (again)….. got my feet wet (again).

Only got your feet wet? I thought you would’ve gone for a swim on such a nice morning. A really nice shot Des. Nicely composed and great lighting. I would clone out the small black dots above the rock on RHS and above the sand though.

    Thanks Mikig.

I’m not sure I’m with you on the black dots though. Ill check later back at base, I think they are worm casts/stones – as opposed to dots :)

    Thanks for the comments.

Sheldon: Those days of “the walk of shame” are well gone Im afraid. I took this with that lens I bought off you (which you no doubt guessed). Its on more than off since I splurged, which is a good sign.

    Sean: Hey there!

Sharon: Its a great area in general, and great for early morning shots. I was getting into the car and a couple of girls were unloading their horses for a run on the beach…. I was tempted to head back to catch them in action, but had to go home and get the young fella up for his match. So Ill save that for another day….. he won 4-5 by the way.

Miki g: The dots stay…. they are stones, so Ill leave them in.

Regarding the light, I hand held a cokin nd grad in front of the lens. In this case it gave a purpley hue, which although isn’t what they intended, works well here.

    Thanks for looking.
