Donegal. Is There Anywhere More Beautiful?

Superb Pete, I like this very much.
Beautifully layered, with all the colour going on and the sweep of the river in the mid-ground is excellent.
Where was this one taken? I’m thinking it must be down Glencolumcille direction somewhere.

county rivalry :)Pete… I’m not convinced that the grass in the foreground add that much to the image. It looks quite pleasant from the bending stream(?) up.
nice area but as for te pic.. i think the background is a little dark for me.. perhaps wait until the cloud moved on?..
Donegal or Kerry? Hmmm… I reckon I’d have to go with Donegal
myself. Been too long since I paid a visit, but looking at this has me
thinking I should pay a visit soon…Nice picture Pete, though the light could have been kinder for you…
Thanks Rob. There’s definitely loads of potential here. The sea is off to the left
and the bay looks directly west I think. You could probably get photos from
dawn to dusk and not run out of views. I’ll teck you there when you next head up.
