Thanks JB. That 2nd one of Sean was my shot of the day. Probably the year in fact. One of those times when the timing, the lighting, the focus all came together. I suppose the background could be a little more interesting…
I posted a couple of portraits with some off camera flash a good while back. Certainly no PMs about it. It might have been someone else, though I certainly have chimed in on a few threads about off camera flash. It’d be pretty hard to shoot bikes without it now.

That second is one so rare~~excellent to see his eyes..and even the determination in them..
(and I’ve seen a lot duller backgrounds..trust me)

Second shot is great alright….. good turnout at the event by the sounds of it too…
oh happy days…….. i used to do this about 10 years ago. then i got lazy..
number 2 for me looks the more action shot, his racing card is a lil out but cant have the whole lot when he is doing 20 or 30 mph down a dirt track.
