Dowth Passage Tomb

The least well know of the passage tombs in the Boyne Valley but something of a favourite place for me to take a few shots (plus it’s on my doorstep). Always a nice spot for a ramble this time of year.
It’s kind of a nice piture, but it’s a picture of a tree on a slope.. i can’t see any reference of what you have talked about
i like it… the light is very nice. it may be just a tree on a slope but in fairness a lot of these archaeological sites are just not really that photogenic… most of the magic exists in the imagination/knowledge of what is/was there… some really amazing places are to the unknowing eye simply a roundy hill.
