I love all three of these, but I rekon #3 is my favourite. Great shots. Well doneLove three also, think its the expansion of those wings ! love 2 too though, talk about a look :o)
agree with above three superb shots. It just goes to show when we take macro we are concerned with nothing only getting ever closer but out of the three shots the widest is the one that is most admired. Great work again.
second is THE BEST for me, looks like big russian helicopter MI-26″HALO” ready to flight

I have had some favourable comments on #3 on other sites as well.
John (snaphappy), totally agree, I myself am inclined to try and get ever closer which sometimes is not always for the best.
Chris (tsergairl), I travelled in the MI26 in Africa, man what a beast of a heli, a real workhorse……./Mikkathey are a great set of pictures. Thankyou for sharing your settings with us. I find it useful to compare it to what I am fumbling about with lol

I normally get up at silly o’clock to try and capture insects while still sleepy headed (them and me too) but these shots I took around midday…../Mikka
