Me too. Surprised it hasn’t received a little more attention, though
that could be due to the fact that a lot of people don’t really like
having to click outside of the forum to see the full image.
Nice capture, well spotted. An increase in contrast might help
this to ‘pop’ a little more.Rob.
I have to go against the grain here – I like the overall content and composition, but I don’t like the ‘spotlight’ effect which I suspect is the result of processing. If it highlighted just the main subject it would be great, but what spoils it (for my tastes) is that it includes people in the crowd beyond the garda officer. I suppose it is like a vignette which has gone too far into the image.
I suspect it can be corrected if it is a result of PP, but if it is to your own taste then no doubt you will leave ‘as is.’Ross
