I have a bit of a thing for blurry self portraits, actually, I have a bit of a thing for blurry pictures in general :roll:

It’s certainly different…and I like it…actually..it could even be a close up of Jess’s back,,and you could be..well…you’ll have to guess… :wink:

Yeah, pretty much… Did about 10 frames, there were a couple of people on the sand that thought I was a bit nutty.
Jess’s back… She’s only a wee Spaniel Robbie, she was running along with me, but, in most of the pictures, she’s lost in the grass…
I’d say that was a funny scene darting up and back to your camera – lucky no-one made off with it.
The image is nice and the blurred figure adds interest.
Yes, harambee, I did get a few strange glances from a few people, but, that’s a normal enough occurrance for me anyway…

I was just talking to the Gallery of Photography in Temple Bar today. Told them that there is this artist with a vision second to none: flying dogs, grass, blur and eveything else that is needed for the success. I was so convincing that they said, they will start building a new floor just to exhibit a 30 feet x 6 feet blurry grass image and a 10×14 feet blurry grass self portrait. I was trying to get them to print the pictures on a cloud with coloured smoke, but they said, that would be an overkill, so we agreed on the gallery extension.
Lunatic? Artist? Well, there is a fine line, I guess, and, obviously, that line is very much blurred in my case…
Lo – there was a moment when I thought of doing this as a, nude blurry self,
but there were people on the beach, and some cows in a field, that, were,
‘looking at me’ so I let that thought pass, but, sometime, maybe I’ll do that…Zoltan – now, flattery like that will get you everywhere…
I think I should book you as an agent…
A new floor you say, well that does sound nice, of course a very big room would be essential,
but I might decide to print them small, 800 pixels on the long side!I like the other version you told me about too, framed in white gold and back lit with red led lights…
