Nice to see something diffrennt than all those ‘aumny trees’ shots (although they ARE nice). I really like this one, it looks very sharp, and it draws your eye into the image.
Well done.
BMParticipantI don’t normally “click to enlarge” or copy links into an address bar. However, in this case I thought it might be worthwhile – and it was. I really like this one. Might merit a larger version on screen. Shamne about the pilon in the distance.
I wonder wwhat others think of the stauration levels?
What camera and settings did you use?
PixelleMemberBM, how did you click to enlarge? t doesn’t work for me, neither does copy/pasting the url. Thanks.
flynnyParticipantNice shot, I’d be tempted to go back and reshoot when the shadows aren’t across the field,
they kind of muddle the “leading lines” in the field, if that makes since??Regards,
Paulossie13ParticipantDave really like this, strong lines and colours!!As already said its a shame about the shadows crossing the shot!!
Cheers Steve

Sometimes people host elsewhere (eg. flickr) and post a smaller image that you need to click on to see a sensibly-sized version that you can comment on. I don’t usually click on these: if they want a critique, they can post a useful size.
Here’s the extract form the URL that was provided:
http://www.flickr.com/photos/31004874N05/3004785937/”%20title=”East%20Cork%20Autumn%20by%20DavyGravy2008,%20on%20Flickr”>
.
This is really strange – when I edit this post, I see the text I put in (in reply to Pixelle’s question). However, I cannot see any of that text when reading the thread. Can anybody else see the text above? – above the single full stop.
kenhParticipantPixelleMemberGot it, thanks.
I like the autumnal colours, and you were lucky [or waited round for eons ] with the clouds!
The tyre tracks lead you in beautifully.davemacParticipantThanks to everyone for there comments and criticism.
Flynny, I think I will try and go back and take it earlier in the day however I don’t think I’d be able to capture such an interesting cloud formation again.
