This is probably a true representation of the scene as you saw it. But there is so much PS work done on the photos afterwards that they rarely finish up looking like this, which is a little flat and lacking in contrast. I would suggest that you crop out the bright area of the sky at the top as it pulls the eye away from the the sunlit headland. As I don’t have PS I can’t suggest how you might go about boosting the contrast and brightness.
I agree with Tex. Scene has potential.
Need to lift the shadows via adjustments or even just use the dodge tool to paint in some textures on the rocks. You could then up the saturation.
