Lovely location, pity the sky let you down. Might be worth trying the mono treatment and to bring out some detail in the shadows of the fountain

of the composition.Yes, great composition – the colour balance/hue looks odd though – noticeably yellow.

As others have suggested, maybe you could get around that sky with a mono conversion ? Always worth a try.
