lousyParticipantPaul WhParticipantconnieParticipantThis is fantastic. I am going to try this for my mum and dad’s wedding anniversary photo book. If I manage it I will post it here. :) thanks for the “how you did it guide”
martinkingphotosParticipantLovely image. Would you be able to post a few lines on how you set it up and
captured it.
Well done.
thanks
MartinDaveMurdochParticipantReally love this :D What a great idea 8) I`ll have to give this a go if i ever get a decent lens :)
martinkingphotosParticipantoops…ignore my earlier comment….just noticed the link to the set up now.
thanks,
Martin.5faytheParticipantHi Mr Paul,
Very well done for producing this inovative photograph.
Well thought out too how you achived it.
Cheers.
John.
Mr. PaulParticipantThanks for all the positive feedback, i would encourage anyone who’s really interested in it to try it themselves as its a lot easier than you might think, hardest part is focusing because your not actually focusing on the water drop but through the water drop as it acts like a lense, once you get that right (like i said lots of trail and error) and sort out your timing (not too hard) every photo you take will look pretty cool.
I got a bunch from this shoot that i really like but this is my favorite, ill see if i can find some more and post them on this thread..
If anyone has any questions im more than happy to help out.
Mr. PaulParticipantok just found these on my hard drive, some of these are taken from the dropper rather than bouncing out of the water.
hughwphamillParticipantsndipoMemberThis is class!! Photography needs inventions like these, keep up the good work!
Probably gona be the newest trend on this forum soon anyway
For the record, I’m not gona try this cos I recon I’d just ruin the idea in my eyes!haa. Let the pros do their thing :)
