Pretty much all of the Canon software can be downloaded from here http://software.canon-europe.com/.

Does anyone know which is the best version of Digital Photo Professional and Zoombrowser to use on Windows 7 64-bit? Should I go for the XP version or the Vista version?

Conor,

The newly released DPP 3.8.0 now supports Windows 7 32bit and 64 bit. Don’t know about Zoombrowser though.
