Epson R2400 Damaged

While loading my Epson R2400 into a taxi, it fell cracking some of the plastic on the casing (purely cosmetic. Now its connected to my computer it does not seem to function, the ink cartride holder thing will not move inside the printer, i dont know if this isa hardware or software issue, but has anybody got any recommendations?

I’d say that if you can drop it, it’s probably hardware…

I was thinking that until it was telling me I was out of ink, when i know for a fact i am not.
Looks like I have to get it repaired along with an assortment of damaged goods i have aquired

maybe the ink tanks got dislocated, did you try removing them and putting them back?

I cant remove them as the holder is at the end of the printer and the door is being covered. The holder wont move up and down the printer so i cant open it to take out the cartridges
