League: CI6
Code: 145788-35474nfl-fanParticipantI’ve submitted a team here the past couple of seasons and plan to add another this year… so I’ll subscribe to this league as well.

Should we not have our own league!!
Cheers Steve
Excuse my ignorance…what’s CI?
I can setup one for PI. I love this Fantasy Football, been doing it since it was Can You Kick It
JodyParticipantMick451ParticipantThanks, Jody, I’m in.
CI = creativeireland.com
6 = 6th year.See they’ve put each team in mini-league head to heads as well.
Nice touch.nfl-fanParticipantI’ve submitted a team… and entered in both leagues. Still waiting on a lot of transfers to happen though before I can refine the final squad.
A lot of the “Money in the Bank” type players from previous seasons all have grey clouds cast over them this year.. Lampard (Transfer Speculation), Ronaldo (Transfer Speculation & Injury), Henry (Left the Premier League), Last Seasons revelation Adebyor (Transfer Speculation), Berbatov (Transfer Speculation)… makes life tricky.
Then with all the new players in… you always end up with 2-3 regulars benched on starting day… I usually play the transfer wildcard after about 2 weeks when I figure who’s doomed for the season.
Mick451ParticipantI’m shocking bad, usually make about 75-100 transfers in a season.
Have Santa Cruz & Berbatov in my line up (for now – though that could change the next time I get a sugar rush), not particularly worried about transfers as I think they’ll end up in PL teams anyways.
Always interesting to get in a few players from the promoted teams.
The Baggies should stay up but I think Hull and Stoke (especially) will be smacked back down…probably with Fulham or Bolton (Megson’s a twit).JodyParticipantnfl-fan wrote:

Giving away your tactics? Rookie Mistake :)
nfl-fanParticipantNo Rookie… have been doing this for donkey’s year… have won a good few €€€ in the past too. Mind Games.
PS. I would worry about Santa Cruz and Berbatov… especially Berbatov… if he ends up at United… then he may not be a week in week out guy… it could be Rooney on his own one week, then Rooney and Berbatov, then Rooney and Tevez etc. I hate feckin rotation systems.
SteveDParticipantJodyParticipantI have Berba and Santa Cruz too. I’ll worry about rotation when they move, free transfers before the season starts and all that.
I have the distinct advantage of the team I support playing outside the prem though, so no heart ruling head….you’re all mine!!! :D
nfl-fanParticipantTorres & Keane… for now… Torres is a cert. You gotta have defenders with plenty of clean sheets and midfielders who get plenty of assists, goals and take penos… Fabregas and Gerrard spring to mind!!
JodyParticipantMick451ParticipantThe brother in law, who lives next door, was born and bred a West Brom (boing boing baggies) fan – he’s from Brum.
Watching their great escape from relegation a few years back was great crack, watching him bite his fingernails down to the elbow in 90minutes was hilarious.
Who do you support, Jody?I think Rooney’s been a bit disappointing as far as goals go to be honest – his work rate is second to none, but I think with Berb Fergie’s looking for someone who can put them away far more regularly. Which makes me think he’s resigned to losing Ronaldo – whether this season or next.
Santa Cruz had a cracking season last year, but he hasn’t always been that good.
I’d put him in as a bit of a gamble and might yet change.I do like attacking defenders – the ones who can run and lob in crosses cos the central defenders are good enough to cover or score from corners: Evra, Lescott, Terry, etc.
