Fashion student takes on Tesco

Just thought this might be of interest.

She does have one now anyway, not sure whether she can prove if it was there before she noticed someone already took a photo off the site!
Tesco is still the guy to blame in her eyes and don’t think the company will be left out of it completely..I’d imagine that she could take a case against both the manufacturer & Tesco, but I feel that the manufacturer would really be the one to blame.
erm it is tesco… its tesco fashion line so they are the manufacturers… thats what i read in the article anyways.

The linked article says she did.
However, it’s pretty irrelevant anyway – unless she had a notice explicitly granting permission for commercial use (unlikely !) on her blog, then it’s clearly copyright violation.
