Locate anyone one down to a 10 metre radius from their mobile phone signal!

Have you tried this? I’m VERY dubious… sounds like a big scam to get your telephone number…

Or maybe it’s real, in which case that’s VERY frightening,….

It’s likely a scam. USA phones are required to contain GPS devices so that Uncle Sam can trace phone movement … you know … for terrorist aprehension. You an still do something similar with cell tri-angulation but I don’t think it’s near as accurate. I would be very surprised if this data was publically available.

We might have a phone tech with more detail.

Hate to say it but this is a scam. I work with mapping, GPS and survey equipment. I know this sort of technology is out there so I was intrigued to try this. It soon became apparant that it was a scam when it started locating and zooming from satelite to aerial photos of somewhere that was obviously not Ireland with the result being some sort of picture with adult content….but if you’re still curious there’s no harm in seeing for yourself?
