Fine Art Street Photographers for College Dissertation!

Hi Everyone,

I am a 4th year student of Creative Multimedia in Dundalk Institute of Technology. I am doing my dissertation on Street Photography due to my great interest in the subject. I am from Dundalk and practice Street Photography in Dublin on a regular basis. My essay title is ‘The Narrative Force of Street Photography’. My research question is what draws Street Photographers to take a particular photo? I am still in my research phase of the dissertation and still gathering information and questions I wish to ask so some things may change but that is the basis of my essay.

I am looking for people who are heavily involved in street photography and regard themselves as Fine Art Street Photographers. I wish to interview and ask you questions to help with my dissertation. If you think you would be interested in talking about the subject and some of your own photographs and what was your thought process in taking a certain photograph it would help me greatly. I am trying to get into the mind of the street photographer and their photos.
