I do a lot of flytying and want to send some pics to a forum I use .
The manual states to set the made dial to ne of a number of settings and press the macro/
super macro button.
I have tried indoor shots these are hopeless and outside I dont fair
much better .Any help with this
is appreciated,This is the generally the end result .
In the second photo it looks like the material behind the fly is in focus. Maybe you have the camera too close to the fly? Try moving the camera back a little further and see if it focuses any better. Usually the focus point will turn green or otherwise give an indication that focussing has been achieved.
Thanks Lathico,I think I need to use the camera a bit more(maybe a lot more lol ),
I will adjust the distance a bit when using the macro maybe that will help,
regards Corky
Corrky from using the S7000 the hint I was given was to move in and out with the camera until you get a beep abd then hopefully you are in focus. If you like the macro type shots have a look at the Raynox DCR 250 it will open up a whole new world for you, good luck.
