Fireworks over Limerick

I really like the fireworks in the first one, but the buildings make me feel
queasy they are so distorted.The second shot looks a bit chopped in half. Maybe a portrait format would have worked.
Very nice and I can almost make myself out on the slipway outside the Curragower :-) I think you caught the fireworks and sky very well and from a good spot. I agree though that the buildings need a bit of correction in Photoshop and there seems to be a lot of noise throughout?

I’m disappointed with the buildings myself, the trials of shooting at 10mm on a cropped camera I guess. But I’m not sure how to fix that in photoshop.
I wouldn’t say a lot of noise myself fig, only a little…?
And there’s something i like about the fireworks being cut off in the second shot….not sure what it is.
I like the second too, I think more of the river helps the composition. My monitor might be a bit bright but I can see grain/noise in the clouds and over the fireworks to the right.
I used the PTLens plugin for Photoshop for the first time on my fireworks shots cause I was shooting at 10mm as well and it worked a charm and was easy to do.
The first one is a cracker, shame the firework explosion in the second is out of frame.
