First Film Shoot

I’ve been shooting on a Canon 7D but bought a Canon 500N film camera last week. I’m impressed with the tonal ranges. I’m pretty sure the blacks would be crushed, or the whites blown in some of these if I’d used the 7D.

That’s odd, the images aren’t coming up. I have the url to the .jpg file between the tags that come up when I click the “Img” button, and the URLs are working fine. Am I doing something wrong?

images are there alright, the first could do with a bit more interest say if the
train had been approaching maybe, the second has a nice vantage point, and I
like the third shot, nice colours and tones in it, the fourth looks a bit soft maybe
camera shake?

Thanks. The last one is fairly soft alright. I think it was a 4 or 5 second exposure. Thanks for the feedback. It helps. I still can’t believe that the €40 camera I bought off the forum here is taking better pictures than my 7D. It’s kinda mindblowing. It’s reassuring to know that if I lost all my gear tomorrow, I could get back into the game for €100.

I see what you mean, nice colour quality. I love the last one of the metro cafe.
