Hello to everyone,
New to the site and my first post.
Have been a keen amateur for many years. Started with a Petri SLR in the early 70s. (Anyone remember them?) All manual but you were forced to learn the basics.
Have never lost enthusiasm for photography and am looking forward to engaging with and learning from the Fora.
On a practical note, is Picasa Web Albums a suitable site from which to upload photos for critique? Thanks.Welcome Cyclops, never heard of Petri still like the idea of learning manual, enjoy yourself here.
