Ok First Attempt at strobist type shot with SB800 and Sigma EF500 on Cactus wireless triggers

not bad for first attempt. its really blown out on the left side of his face though.
the perspective is a bit off as well, he looks kinda short. and like he’s leaning towards the camera too. doesn’t settle right with my eyes, but then again their my eyes.

Not bad, how many lights did you use? I am seeing possible two, one from camera left and one behing the subject camera right giving that hot spot?
Also, I agree with the above on the perspective, perhaps take the pic from a little lower down maybe?
