I took this shots of flowers at the weekend. The location was the Botanic Gardens.
WOW !!! These are absolutely stunning Jools. STUNNING!!!! The colours are amazing. I think i would have cropped the second
landscape as the flowers seem a bit lost. Well done. FAB!!Please tell me you don’t shoot Canon(so i don’t feel bad about buying a Nikon :))
Super. #1 is great but #2… outstanding IMO. I’ve read that shooting a plant while it’s got water droplets can give it something extra… this is the proof.
Thanks a lot for the feedback. I used a Canon 350D and a Sigma 105mm macro lens.

Fantastic work jools. I have rarely seen such depth in the colours. Well done. Sounds like a lens worth investigating.

Thanks Danny. I have it a little more than a week now and I’m verry happy with it. Needless to say I have been running around shooting closeups since I got it.
