Hi all,
I’m new round these parts. I’m new to photography in general. Well, I’ve always enjoyed taking a good snapshot, but that hardly counts. I suppose you could say I’m an injured mountain biker who has taken to taking photos to save himself from insanity.
Looks like a great forum you have going here. I’m looking forward to getting stuck in.

Downhill racing is my thing. Won my first race last Jan then the pain got too much to bear. I have sponsorship lined up for next season if I can recover, riding for team Realcycles/Commencal. I work a few days as mechanic in Realcycles these days so that keeps me in the loop. Just back from seeing a specialist and the forecast is looking a little more hopeful.
