The premium ultra-wide angle zoom for Nikon digital. Whether you’re capturing breathtaking vistas, or shooting tight interiors this is the lens you’ll be reaching for in your bag.

Tightly controlled distortions make this an excellent lens for architecture also.

Housed in it’s original packaging, this lens is in mint condition & comes with 4 & 1/4 years of a 5 year Nikon Europe guarantee, making this essentially a risk-free purchase for prospective buyers.

Pictures of the lens itself can be viewed here: http://www.flickr.com/photos/7895796N08/sets/72157600080565650/

This lens retails new for €1,175 (Bermingham Cameras) & €1,163 (Conns Cameras).

I am willing to listen to all fair & reasonable offers.

    Hello Damien,

Does this lens have full manual option for controlling the aperture and focus? In other words, if for argument say I use this lens on another digital body, can I still work the lens fully?

    Thanks,
    Simon

    Hi Simon,

Can you elaborate on ‘another digital body’ – do you refer to another Nikon DSLR?

    Hi Damien,

I guess it is a crazy idea. I am thinking of use this lens on my Olympus E-300 with an manual adapter. I will lose all AF functions.

    Thanks anyway.

    Hi Simon,

Don’t know the specifics re:your situation, but the Nikkor is a G- type lens which means it does not have an an aperture ring on the body.

Hi Damien, I could do with a this lens for the 4 or 5 times per annum that my 17/55 falls short. Why are you selling and and what is your best price? Tom
