Four Mute Swans

I went out yesterday morning with the hope of tracking down a Kestrel I’d been watching for a couple of months. I was walking along a canal to bring me into the location when I saw these two ahead of me heading in the same direction. I eventually got ahead of them and set up for a shot. Unfortunately they were swimming pretty fast so I hadn’t time to focus, meter properly. I nearly got it the way I wanted … it’s just a wee bit burnt out.
As for the Kestrel… I didn’t get close enough for a good shot. She flew hunted about 50 yards out from me but she’s so small and the location she was over is inaccessible. Still… great to watch.
