I was trying to explore atmosphere and mood with the red colours and warm yellowish lighting but cant quite figure out how to get the image sharper, I know ive to do something
with exposure time or something but have no idea how, Any help would be great,

Why don’t you try manual focusing with the lights on first, check your depth of field, and than I’d say use a smaller arpeture, say f10, and a shutter speed of a second. Not sure if the nikon d70 has spot metering, if it does, take a reading from the wine label. Probably want to think about some fill in light too. I see your set to iso 400 too, maybe bring that back to 200/100 if you decide to use fill in light

Maybe try using a anglepoise lamp, set up close to the subject. Be sure to keep an eye on your metering.
