FS: Canon EF-s 17-85mm IS USM Lens (NOT FOR SALE ANYMORE)

I’ve had the lens for around a year of which I’ve used it around 10 times, still in an excellent condition.
The only reason I’m selling is I’ve sold my EOS 30D and will either buy the new EOS 5D MKII (if in fact it’s true) or a 1D MKIII.
So obviously this EF-S wouldn’t fit. But it’s a fantastic lens, and very responsive. Not an ‘L’ series, but a mid-range lens that’s a real pleasure to use.
I’m not here to giove it to anyone as a bargain, just at a reasonable price. So I’m open to any offers & anyone around Arklow are more than welcome to bring your camera and play around with the lens.
If you make me a reasonable offer, I might consider.
Don’t really know what they’re going 2nd hand for nowadays
Unfortunately , I have no need for the lens anymore.

If you guys read my OP properly, you’d notice that I said I don’t know what it was going for 2nd hand nowadays. I hadn’t done a bit of research, so that’s a
mistake on my behalf, but anyways I didn’t realise that it sells new so cheap, no wonder Buy and Sell isn’t getting any response.Needless to say I rather then not sell it, might use it again someday.
I only really sell new gear & I haven’t sold a 17-85 for around a year I think. The only 2nd hand stuff I’d sell would be from guys around Arklow
selling older bodies or lenses to upgrade & I’d do research before then anyways.This was my own lens.
About the fact that I haven’t replied, working around 50hours a week, married 5 months now, trying to market my website & my shop on eBid… well, you do the maths…
