Garron Point – East Coast

Personally, I love the slight barrel distortion here and wouldn’t change it – for me, it adds to the enormity of the expanse of water being captured. I also like the slight blur of the clouds pulling into the centre of the shot, almost pulling me in with them :-)
I had the pleasure of watching a moon-rise like this in Australia a few years ago. Amazing moment. I could quite easily drift off on a tangent right about now – this pic brought a lot of great memories flooding back… but I shall exit, stage left, instead!
