Giants Causeway alla BeamCatcher

Hi folks!
I was inspired by Ricky to revisit some of my old shots from my favourite location on this island…. Giants Causeway.
It’s shot some years back with a 17-35mm Sigma on a Canon 10D.
Would be grateful for any C & C as I still need my “yearly” trip up there!

Well I am glad you were inspired by my photo mate :) hope you get a good day on your trip up.
As for this shot i think you have a bit of dead space at the top of the image and not enough detail or contrast on the stones, but thats only my opinion which has known to be wrong before now ;)
I like this shot but I can see the point that RGH makes. The light catching the puddles on the rocks is very nice too.
I am wondering would a crop of the left side to remove the 2 rocks work to give more balance?Cheers, Dee
