Glass art

I shot this piece in a glasshouse in the Botanic Gardens last week end. I was pleased to see a large number of art works around the gardens and I hope I do justice to this work by capturing a fragment.

I came back few times to this photo and always felt that something can be done with it. I would keep only the midle green glass and add blur to the background.
Quite an interesting edit from Roberto. I had to look at it a few times to decide whether I liked it or not, and I have to admit it has grown on me a little. Compositionally a little strange, but maybe that’s its appeal. I like the way the background has become a perfect frame for the subject of the photograph and can imagine this printed on a large square frameless canvass. Just my tuppence worth.
Nice edit (again) roberto ;) – IMO it ehnances the original. Good work!
