    Hi Eddie. I often believe that having a person present in a photograph involving scenery adds interest. Unfortunately it doesn’t work in this one as the guy standing there is looking directly at you and he takes from what could have been a nice scene, but in saying that, he does give a sense of scale to it. I’m wondering, was the other person (behind the tree) adding to the river? :lol:

    Hi Miki G, I had another take of the shot with the couple looking away from the river. Point taken. I got your drift about adding to the river but don’t think so as there was a girl with the follow in the shot. Thanks for comments.

    Were these hand-held? – there seems to be quite a bit of movement … maybe a windy day.

    Try increasing the saturation to bring up a range of different greens.

    Maybe clone out your friend! …

    Thanks BM for feedback. yes to handheld. will try adjustingthe saturation as you suggest.
