    Hi,
i’ll mainly comment on the composition side of things:
pic1: you foreground is taking too much space in your frame and is getting mixed up with the hills shape on the left handside.
pic2: a better attempt for composition , but i would have left the yellow bunch more to the left, leaving more space for the tower and the hills in the background . this would simplify the composition and make it more instantly pleasing.
you might need to adress the sharpness of your shots also .
Lovely spot for landscape photography, i haven’t been there myself for about 15 years, but would love to get back there with a camera..

    Hi Philippe,
Thanks for taking the time to comment, appreciate your advice regarding the composition.

I was thinking myself that the sharpness doesnt seem as good as it once was. I dropped the camera a while back from a tripod (not a great day) and it probably didn’t help, which am going to have to get addressed.

Hi All, I am a fan of HDR myself, however I feel that the Yellow in the flowers is too strong and is taking away from the overall attempt and the rest of the image.

I would have shot the view without the flowers for my HDR image.

    Hi Mark,

Thanks for the comment, yea i probably should have got the composition correct before trying it.
But will definitely be trying it again with those tips.

    Thanks,
    Alan
